Bath & West Water Softeners is a family business started 1996 by Leslie Robson. The business is now run by Alex and Kayleigh Robson, with brothers Matt and Chris providing sales, service and installations. The business has become the South West leading supplier of water softeners, covering Somerset, Wiltshire, Bristol. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of customer service and aftercare.

Kayleigh is Alex's wife, If you call the office you'll most likely to speak with her. She is responsible for dealing with the day to day enquiries and administration. Kayleigh's major role is with new customers, give her a call and she will be more than happy to help.

Director
Alex is Les's Son, Alex's goal is to provide the best service and top quality products to all customers. He is responsible for marketing and business development. With his 10 years of broader water treatment knowledge now at the table, he is keen to secure another family generation of a sustainable business.
Matt Robson
Installations Engineer
Matthew took over installations from Chris over 5 years ago and has been installing water softeners every day, ever since. Matthew takes pride in his work. We are lucky to have such a perfectionist installing our products as we are confident it will be done with the utmost care and professionalism.

Sales and Service Engineer
Chris has worked with Bath and West Water Softeners for nearly 18 years. As a qualified plumber Chris spent many years installing water softeners across the South West of England. His technical knowledge and ability is outstanding making him one of the best water softener engineers in the industry.
