We have been a family business operating for over 25 years in the Bristol and surrounding areas.

The business was founded by Martin Piper who retired in 2023 and West Country now operates out of Bath and West Water Softeners which is a specialist water softener company who have been proudly  helping customers with soft water for over 40 years.

Andy is our local engineer and lives in the Longwell Green area. He has been serving West Country customers for around 15 years.
